Why am I so sad about this?
Hey everyone. I'm sixteen and my girlfriend is also sixteen. We've been dating for a year now and I'm still really upset because the deal is that she's my first (in bed), but I'm not hers. And I find it sad because I find that it would have been a great thing to both lose are virginity together.

But anyway she told me that in her head I was her first but I still feel weird. Please I need help :(

What exactly do you want help with?

You were a virgin. She wasn't. That's it. End of story.

If you care for her, then don't dwell on this...

Just because you feel weird about not being her first, don't give into those ego feelings, and act weird about it. If you were wanting to lose your virginity with another virgin, you should have looked for one.

To late to change that now, so handle those weird feelings in an adult way. Like not dwell on them, or make them a big deal. Or ever mentioning them to her.

And she would be so sad if she knew you were obsessing over something so inconsequential in the great scheme of things. I sure am sad about your overthinking this.

Like everyone else said, don't dwell on it man. You've been with her for a year. Just be happy for that. It doesn't matter who she lost it too, a lot if not most people marry someone whom they DIDN'T loose their virginity too.

Why don't you just keep going the good relationship on till you are little older. Then you can think of getting married and have sex. That would be fun and no worries for being a virgin, 1st, 2nd... or whatever...
