My throat feels really tight.. An I keep thinking its my arteries I don't know why.. But I am.. Like its hard to breathe.. Ect I do have anxiety.. But I'm really acted that my throat arteries have something wrong.. Idk though.. Like I don't see any swelling.. I think . I'm really scared and I don't know what to do , my mom won't call the doctor or anything.. Please help I keep thinking I'm going to die.. I'm only 14 years ik and this is really bothering me :'(
