I'm 18 almost 19 years of age my mom and step dad will not let me drive or get a job. They also want me out the house, what do I have to do so I'm not on the streets

This is puzzling - they can't stop you from getting a job. If you are asking them for the use of their car so you can go to a job, and they said no, that's another story. If they want you on your own, free to get a job and free to drive your own car (which many teens and 20s can't afford at first), then that is their right. You do what many of us did - live in a city using public transportation and living in a rundown apartment with a slew of roommates and working at menial jobs. Granted it's tougher and tougher for young people each decade, I think. Start with a newspaper from the biggest city near you that has a half way decent economy. Or even just in your home area. It's doable.
