Custody and child support are not dependent on each other. Whether you pay CS has no bearing on whether you get custody/visitiation.

Do you have a court order concerning custody? If not, you and the mother theoretically share full custody (assuming you are on the birth certificate), but you need to go to court and ask for an order specifying exactly when you get to see the child.
