My boyfriend breaks up with easily, every time we fight
Hi am 22 years, have being with my boyfriend 25 years for close to 2years.we have fought and broken up for more than 6 times.its emotinally draining.he says he loves but why is it easy for him to cut ties with me so easy?I love him(my first love),but whenever we fight he says its totally my fault, and he says whatever punishment I receive is what I deserve (he gets really cold, distant and indifferent towards me,even when I was ill).does he love me?or am I to be blamed for his actions?maybe I derserve it!

Hunny, don't blame it on yerself... Men can be such troubel. Maybe you should sit down and have a long conversation about yer arguing. Mention how much it hurts you when you fight and let him know that he is upsetting you. He probably doesn't even acknowledge that yer hurting.

    Good luck x

*more than 6 times,I tried speaking with me it only ended up with arguments.details:we are watching a TV show I have watched before,I jokingly told him what haPPened next, then he flips out and doesn't talk to me.then something else happens:I didn't call his elder sister on time on her birthday(I was ill) he piles all of it together and says I lack empathy and I don't understand him that's why I treat him with no regard.mimd you,it was why he didn't call me when I was ill.he said I keep repeating things(I didn't call me when he won in a competition,I surprised him by making an appearance, even if it was thousand of miles from my home).he compares the two events.

Anyone that refuses to take any responsibility for their part in the relationship is a lost cause. It takes two to tango and both parties are contributors to the good and bad. He's emotionally abusing you by "punishing" you. He's using the cold shoulder treatment to manipulate you and get a reaction. That's BS and I wouldn't tolerate that treatment from anyone. I'd say move on and seek out a partner that will admit fault. How can you ever compromise or negotiate with someone that is completely inflexible? Here's some words of wisdom from a person that is ten years your elder. It's in your best interest to cut all ties with people and relationships that are emotionally draining. Healthy friendships and relationships bring you joy and lift you up.
