I had hysterotomy 9 days ago (I was 26 weeks pregnant),now I want some information about the prosedure ,how long should I wait to become pregnant again(I had another cesarian 5 years ago),I don't have bleeding ,is it normal?do I need any special care?how long my pain will continue?

A hysterectomy is the surgical removal of the uterus - it can be total/complete (removing the body, fundus, and cervix of the uterus; often called "complete") or partial (removal of the uterine body while leaving the cervix intact; also called "supracervical").

If you had a hysterectomy you cannot get pregnant.

I was cofused by that too, but OP actually has the spelling correct. It is this:

A hysterotomy is an incision in the uterus, commonly combined with a laparotomy during a caesarean section. Hysterotomies are also performed during fetal surgery.

In fetal surgery, without inhibition of uterine contractions, premature labor is a complication that occurs in 100% of hysterotomy cases.

I don't know enough about this to comment, but J-9 would be the one to explain to OP.
