Is this a question? This site is not a search engine that will spit out answers. You have to ask specific questions to get accurate answers.

If I get the gist of your question, the answer is find a cheap electrician.

I think I paid $1200 for 200 amps from 60 amps a few years ago, in CT.
You want a good electrician, not the cheapest, but not the most expensive. RIGHT?
I called around. I didn't have it done in the dead of winter or holiday time. My cellar was dry and uncluttered and I didn't make any demands or haggle or ask a lot of questions, and I made it clear I could pay on the spot. Not sure how much of that even mattered except for paying. It seemed like a pretty standard quote at the time.
