It is possible if semen comes in contact with the vagina that pregnancy can result. But given the circumstances you describe pregnancy is highly unlikely.

First did this just happen 11 days ago ? If so, you can not test yet, way to early.

You have to wait till you either have or miss your next period and then wait a week after that.
And how in oral sex did his sperm get on your underwear ?
