Baal is right but don't be too over the top for this guy. Be yourself and protect yourself. You should always be number one. Good luck catching you guy ;)

Try to let him know how you feel, but make sure you take things slow because your young and you don't want to find out that he is different later on. Always wait and save your virginity as well, never do nothing with any guy that uses the line "i love you" because a lot of times that's exactly what it is, a line... I've met girls before where the guy used that line and then he got her pregnant and left her... I was with a girl over a year, this old @#^#^%#... trying not to cuss here :D anyway, he came along and he talked her into it that he loved her and that I didn't, then she started to believe it then left me and went to him, then he started the stuff that he wanted her to have his kid and what not then he got her pregnant then left her... never fall for none of that crap, also no guy is worth your tears so if a guy you liked left you don't cry, just pick up the pieces and say "oh well, his loss"

I'm in a similar problem, but you should just be yourself and talk. Try to make it natural though, don't run up and start a conversation. Say if both of you are alone in the lunch line, just say hi and introduce yourself and talk about something you have in commo <a teacher or a class>

^ that is very true especially because of the fact that if you are yourself and he still doesn't notice you , you should move on don't be something your not because then if your something your not and he ends up noticing you, you will have that guilty concience everywhere you go knowing that its all fake

The age difference is NOT a problem at all! Actually, there's NO real age difference between you two...

If you want him to notice you, you must talk to him, get to know him, smile, be nice, be yourself no matter what...

But first of all: you seem really desperate! You should relax if you don't want to scare him! :p
