    How to connect 3 wire black white bare to 4 wire black red white green
    Fits 220 volt the wires are described in the title. Can someone tell me the proper way to connect them?

    Your bare and Green are the same (ground) of course your whites go together as well and then your blacks

    Listen to Harold.You need to do different things for different appliances . Do not connect the bare and green.
