I changed the fuel pump and fuel filter cause the fuel pump wasn't buzzing when I turned on the key. Since I changed it now it does. But when I turn the ignition over the truck turns over but won't crank. I removed a spark plug and put in the plug wire and turned the key to crank it. But no spark on the plug. Is it the coil pack?
