Health problems and lack of repair?
This is my cousin's apartment - she posted 4 videos on YouTube of it in hopes of someone being able to shed light on the situation or assist her in getting money back. Thank you for your time.

I don't have time to go on YouTube.

I suppose that videos will help your case, but have you submitted complaints in writing, usually required? (They are too long, sorry, even a minute is too long.)
You can call your Health Dept.
You can check your state tenant statutes (laws vary by state).
You can put rent in escrow with a lawyer. Often that gets attention.

I actually watched #1. I agree. It's a terrible waste of time. Don't expect to be awarded an Oscar for this stuff.

A shot of a faucet. It's running Someone is turning it on, or maybe trying to turn it off. After a few minutes the scene shifts to what appears to be the inside of the sink cabinet. Sort of dirty. A few more minutes, although they seem like hours, go by. The end.
