13 is young to be properly working out, all that I can suggest to you is that if you wish to get muscle tone it's not really going to do much at your age. Maybe keep going to Gym class join a few sports teams get as active as possible, you may even meet new friends :).

Yea I agree with andrew. You can do pushups and get on the bench but no proper 300 lb squats or leg presses just stick to some sports stay lean ,remember if you want to do pushups or bench as a small start make sure you do 10 push 10 pull watch this it'll help you understand what I mean. As well as help you work up to pushups if too weak
