I ruined my cousins book what should I do?
My cousin lenses me her hardcover book and me and my friend drew on the pages in marker and on the cover itself. So I locked the cover and with my fingernail scratched it out. It looks worse now what should I do? The book Is a Harry potter hardcover.

    How old are you?
What an incredibly childish thing to do.
Well the ONLY thing you can do is replace it and apologise.

    NO !!
You WILL replace it as you clearly have no RESPECT for others property.

Not only no respect for her property, but no respect for your cousin. How incredibly unkind!

You do the right thing, replace what you ruined. She lent you this book, she deserves to get it back in the same condition it was in absent normal wear and tear. A child drawing all over her book is not normal wear and tear.

This is something you have to learn if you're going to grow up to be a responsible adult. You can't ruin people's things and expect them to accept it.

Very rude thing to do. Worse, you don't seem to be remorseful, you blame it on your friend instead of taking the blame for your own mistake. Shame on you! Now do the right thing!

Shocking - do you join in on everything your friends do?

You have no option, you pay them for the value or buy them a new one. You need to tell your parents now what has happened and let them call their parents

You have no respect for property, a book is not something to mark in with markers, but to read, Your parents have done a poor job teaching you the value of books.

you have no respect for yourself, since you don't seem to know automaicly the right thing to do, and don't care what others think of you
