Friend was living in property had 16 cannabis plants rigged electric and a small amount dwnstairs in the freeezers, the case as taken almost a year and the police have no pictures but have conclude that there was 20 plants that where high quality and yield wich is all very untrue, he has been given a banister that he has only just met 2wks prior to his case which would have me beliee that he is now unable to change even though the bannister seems very inept an knows very littla about the case and seems very disinterested in my friends side of the story and the incorrect information that as been put forward, he's bn told to expect 2yrs minimum which seems extremely harsh, he has no convictions and has been working the whole time

You just stated that your friend had cannabis plants, with more stored away. The police said he had 20 plants, what is the difference and why is it untrue when you just stated he did have them. It is 'barrister' not 'bannister'; he was in possession of a controlled substance (you are in the UK, right?), I think he is getting off light at 2 years.

He's been given a barrister 2wks before his court date with a barrister that is only content in working in structures an isn't at all interested in helping put his side of the story across, he was struggling finacially and thought by growing his own he could save money as he was addicted and spent a lot furthermre it would save him having to go get it, it was obviously poor quality, yes and I understand but they stated that there was 20 plus freezer, I mean he broke the uk law but he hasn't hurt no one so to be inprisoned for 2yrs incredible after growing the most medicinal plant on the planet that as never killed no one, I mean there's people muggin people that are getting community srvice, would you TICKLE arrest god if he came back today to smoke memp tell me

My knowledge of how the cort room an law in general is very poor... he's appearing in crown court, does he have to have a barrister and furthermre can he have a soliciter, could he change his barrister 2wks prior? Surely your aware of the justice system being a joke and that law is only here to inprisn us not to protect rite
