I have a seven year old son that I have had alone cause his dad was in and out of jail and rehab. My ex mother in law wated to put my son on insurance through her work (we had a awesome relationship) so I thought. She told me she would need gard. Over him she had a "friend" at work that was a attorney and notery so had them draw papers up. I believed her every word she said it the papers came home and I signed the never went to court nothing didn't get a copy or anything. Just recently I found up that they were adoption papers but I have had my son all this time 3 years or so. Well just the past couple months they won't let me see him anymore do tro romours cps even got involved and nothing was found on my part. Can the adoption be reversed sine he still lived with me.

Unless you were a minor, you will have a very tough time proving that you were duped into signing adoption papers. The court is going to find it improbable that you didn't even read what you were signing. It might take a very expensive lawyer, with no guarantee of results.

If you can prove that your son continued to live with you after the adoption was granted, I think you have a good chance of getting it overturned.

But you will need a good attorney,

Yes I can prove that he lived with me. I also have his teachers number that I can get school records from I took him and picked him up.

Like I said if you can prove that he continued to live with you after the adoption was finalized, you can show the adoption was done under false pretenses and I believe it will be overturned. You should get an attorney to file for you.
