Me and my fiancé started trying to conceive on the 2nd of July. And well we are trying very hard. Also on the 19th of last month June ; I removed my iud mirena. I still don't get my period and I have no symptoms of getting it anytime soon. Even though I've been sleepy more than usual. Also, last year I was pregnant but had a miscarriage. It took us under 1 month to conceive. Well anyway what could be chances I'm pregnant or what should I do? Help.
