Whirlpool electric dryer will not heat, motor runs, but at the end of a cycle, the dryer continues to run. I tested all thermo fuses, and thermostats on dryer are OK. Heating element is good as well. I also tested voltage from dryer outlet and it's good at 240 Volts. What else would cause this?
