I was in an accident about 5 years ago. I did'nt have insurance and was sued for about 15 thousand dollars. I agreed to monthly payments until I could no longer afford to pay them. Payments were reduced but I've since lost my job and can no longer afford to pay. My account has been levied once before and I've got threaten phone calls. What are my rights and how can I get this situation taken care of?
