    Online sites are usually a scam. A person with fair credit can get a loan locally, particularly if there's collateral.

    Online if it is not just a scam to get you to pay them 20 dollars so something, it will be at 30 or some silly interest rate.

    A person has fair credit since they have had issues paying. Getting more loans is not always the best thing to do
