In lieu of tithing I am managing our church manse w no compensation. I have been given a letter by the church stating I may make decisions on the house which is currently rented. The renters have been consistently behind since Jan 2011. They currently owe over $3000.00 and I filed a DW for $ and possession yest. If the renters should want to pay any $ toward arrears in the next few days, may I accept it and still wait for court date for judgement on outstanding bal and possession ?
