Why palpitation with viagra, megalis, tedanafil etc
    I am male , 43 years age, ht 5'11", wt 63 Kg.
No diabetes, no sugar, no high or low blood pressure, all cardiac tests like 2D echo, Stress test, Holter Monitor etc are normal, only slightly high Cholesterol. I do Daily exercise , yoga etc. Carry work related stress.
I have problem of Erectile dysfunction. For this when I take any aphrodisiac like Viagra, megalis, tedanalfil etc, I get palpitation , and this palpitation goes on for 1-2 days, and is very uncomfortable.
My question is why this palpitation?
Are there any medicine which will not cause palpitation, and gives erection
If I take cough syrup, then also I feel sinking palpitation.
Kindly answer, and give me a remedy

Viagra isn't a aphrodisiac. Its main ingredient is Sildenafil which inhibits a enzyme from acting on another molecule that regulates the blood flow out of the penis. The other use for this drug is Pulmonary hypertension. It relaxes the right atrium of heart.

That would be what would be causing your palpitations.

I would go to your doctor with this because it could be a sign of an undiagnosed heart condition.

Other remedies... I am not sure, but your doctor would. Don't be afraid to ask him. Trust me that he has probably heard and seen worse than erectile dysfunction.

Yes, most of all of these can have some fairly harsh side effects. But all of this needs to be discussed with your doctor.

Did a doctor prescribe these or did you buy them as conterfeits on the internet?

None of these are aphrodisiacs. Tadalafil is Cialis; Megalis is knock-off Cialis (off brand).

Who is prescribing Megalis when Tadalafil gives you palpitations (or the other way around)?

Unless you plan to surprise your partner by dropping dead during sex I'd talk to the Doctor again.
