I live in a apartment and have requested that the land lord make repairs to kitchen drawers fronts falling off and a crack in the bathtub and they came in once but the job was done so poorly that the same problem has returned. What can I do? Can I do anything legally?

ANY question on law needs to include your general locale as laws vary by area. Most areas have a specific procedure for reporting repairs and getting them fixed. You need to find out what yours is. Then follow it.

Kitchen drawer fronts coming off can easily be attributed to tenant abuse, so you might want to be cautious with that one.

And a good glue can fix them. The bathtub is a different matter.
