Me and my girlfriend were both arrested for domestic assult after an argument we were both marked up from rough sex and are both testifying to that. Can they still charge us?

I had scratches on my sides and she had hand prints on her neck and bottom that were brought up in court. We were arguing over my bad attitude after work no hands involved the police were called because I didn't want to leave and I was loud
