I have had a sore troat for about 6 weeks now. I have really bad sharp hurting pains in my throat. Sometimes it happens with a sneeze or when I am getting ready to talk. I also have upper back pain in the morning when I wake up. Hurts so bad I can hardly move. Goes away after I get up. Happens every night. Could these pains be coming from the same problem?
