Its been about 3 yrs since I've been growing hair on the saft of my penis , its been getting out of hand and wanted some help. My skin has become irritated , and uncomfortable , I shave but I wanted some sort of medication to completely make the problem go away. Can anyone help me please? And I also have white bumps that look like ingrown hair please advise!
