Last month I skipped my period pills and just started a new pack of Birth Control so I didn't have to deal with my period on my birthday . Well so this month I took everything normally and I didn't have my period on both period pills. Nothing or no cramps. So I took a pregnancy test and it came back negative. But now I have cramps and am spotting brown but still not a "period". It's been about 3 days since my period pills on my last pack. It's brown and I'm a little crampy but not like period cramps. What is it? If I'm not pregnant?
