How do you plan on doing that from outside the USA? Realestate is a very local thing and you need local people to keep it current... LOTS of local people. Besides there are already lots of local places offering this service... why would they go to someone overseas expecting better information? Not being mean... just pointing out problems you are going to have to deal with and convince others before spending money on something they get free.

Thank you for your reply. I was worked in company (india ) Mortgage outsourcing ). Our client costar.com . We are search all information 95% viz Google search engine and update in our client database, they sell in usa market.
So why I cannot sell that information in usa market. I plan to work this job with correctly.

Even Google isn't local enough for accurate information. It takes time before it pickes it up... and can show property that is long since sold as being available.

The realestate listing services work directly with Realtors and Realestestate agencies... and thus are very current and accurate... and for the Average person looking to buy... its free.

I don't know the details of the cost structures for Sellers homes to be listed on it however. Its part of the Sellers fee's.

Someone else will have to do that... I'm not close friends with any realtors at this time.
