It's always possible, it's just ever so slightly less likely. You can even be pregnant and get your period several times during the pregnancy (which is rare and usually a bad sign if it happens). If you're female and not completely infertile, any sperm (even pre-full-ejaculation) that gets near enough to sneak in can get you pregnant.
