Hey guys,
My mom is a nurse n she comes home everyday with bad leg pains and she thinks it is because she is fat and she has varicose vains. Is there any way I can help her with it or maybe do something to help her feel better with her pain.

The only thing she can really do is wear good supportive shoes and support hose to help. She should keep her feet up when she gets home.

However, if she is a nurse, she probably already knows this. If she is overweight, she should consider losing weight as this should help also. But again, I am sure she already knows this too.
