I purchased property in Pasco with a mobile home on the property. The mobile home is junk and was not included on the deed when the property was purchased. I've sent letters to the owner of the mobile with no response for him to remove it or pay storage. I now want to sell the property and do not want to pass on the problem to the buyers. What can I do ?

Send the owners a certified letter stating the mobile home must be moved by x date (give them a month) or it will be demolished and they will be sued for the costs and back strorage fees.

Thank you it does help. I should have included in my question that I did send a certified letter to the owner of the mobile telling them to remove it or pay storage fees and have not heard from them. What would be my next step.

A follow-up letter stating that since your previous attempts have met with no response, the home will be demolished on x date and a lawsuit will be filed to recoup storage fees and the cost of demolition.
