My ex wife were separated for 3 years a year ago I found out she was preganant. The guy left her and she wanted to try to work things out since we havw other children. Long and short we got back together and at the time of the baby birth she begged me to sign the birth certificate to be listed as the baby father because she said that she didn't want him to be known as the father or have anything to do with him because he doesn't take care of his other kids. Which is totally true. I found out that she only used me to make him jealous and mad because he went back to his other kids mother. I live in Illinois how can I remove my name as the father from the birth certificate and is a time frame that this should be done
