Ok so I'm 25 I'm married with two kids of my own. And my mom took guardianship of a child she babysat. Now (my sister ) is 15yrs old and she is mentally abused by my mom (screamed at cursed a etc ) and I want to.take her to my home with full guardianship of her.. can I do that with out cps getting involved

Probably yes... you file in Court for custody determination... but you have to prove that the child is endangered.

I want to file with out bringing up abuse because it will affect my mom.. Can I go with my sister and have her ask to live with me

Generally-no! You have the legal burden of proof that her parents cannot take care of her.

Another hint-her mother signs a temporary guardianship...
