I have a 665 series dishwasher,since 2005.
The spray arm below the top rack does not turn,although water is coming out. As a result the upper rack does not clean,and the lower rack badly.
I have cleaned the lower parts,as well as the feed tube assembly. I did notice the upper valve in the feed tube stayed open,so I reversed the rwo valves since iInever use the lower one.
This did not work;still no moving upper arm. What is wrong with it?

Opened the lower assembly again, but now as well the chopper assembly;found two pieces of glass, ceramic, toothpicks and more stuff,
Removed and cleaned.
Works like a dream again

That's what everyone has found as far as I have found because water pressure moves the arms and unless something is in them they will spin.
