Ok, I watched this like 15 years ago, and I really don't remember much at all. All I remember is the woman parks her red car in front of a store (could be in the countryside) and leaves her 2 kids inside, while she's in the store the kids get kidnapped by 2 guys.
That's all I remember, that one small part. Can anyone suggest a movie?
