My name is Yolanda and I'm on probation and I violated probation by catching another charge something I had nothing to do with and I'm on probation for two countys sso they violated me the other day I went to court and they gave me three days in jail so now I got to go to superior court for my other county and I'm hoping for jail weekends cause I don't won't no prison time I'm looking at 6 to 8 months and 2 months credit I don't won't to go to prison cause I have two small children's and I'm all they have the fathers are gone so its just me and my kids so please someone help me.

OK, what's your question?

You are not going to get just weekends on a 8 month charge. That would be what a year and a half of weekends ? The court has a great plan it is called children's service which will take the children while you are in jail. Next it is jail for 8 months, you don't go to prison unless it is for more than a year in most places.
