I have a problem with this washer. It does not spin. Other functions OK. Tried changing the coupler and clutch assembly worked once then not again. What else could be the problem?

Check lid switch

What have you checked with the meter? The lid switch is a good starting point.

Lid switch is working. Just does not spin makes a clickity clack sound while trying to spin.

Sounds like you put something in wrong.

Washer worked after I installed part. Did a load of laundry worked. Next day same problem.

Turns out a transmission fault caused the shaft on the motor connected to the coupler to wear which in turn caused the coupler to slip and not engage. Got a rebuilt transmission and a good used motor and machine is working fine thanks for your help.
