need to pour concrete over existing step down slab , depth about 4.5" and size is 22x10. The existing slab is covered with ceramic tile ,is it possible to pour over with no major problems?

If outside water will get between tile and concrete. In winter, water will freeze and crack concrete.

There is an additive u can paint on existing slab,not on tile, and add to concrete mix for added strength. Use wire mesh in middle of depth.
