    Hi Fadi

    If you are asking if you can connect a 2nd floor toilet into the vent stack from the 1st floor bathroom group then the answer is NO, you can't do that!

    You can cut into the drain pipe below the 1st floor bathroom fixtures and run a new waste stack up to the 2nd floor. The vent from the 2nd floor bath would connect into the vent stack from the 1st floor at about 42" off the finish floor.
