    You drain a toilet hook up into a 3" or 4" pipe connected to the sanitary system in your home with a gradual fall on the pipe at 1/8" per foot fall. And put a vent so it will flow smoothly.

    I guess I'm just too literal. If he would have said "connect" instead of "drain" I would have picked up on it. "Hookup" should have clued me in. My bad! Tom
