Car accident with very little damage but claims injury
I rear ended someone in front of me who suddenly stopped on a slow moving traffic. There was a dent on her bumper a size of a screw driver on my license plate which hit her bumper. There was no police report made but I gave her all the necessary information needed. Then we were able to drive off our own ways. A couple of days after the accident, her insurance informed me that the driver of the car and the passenger is claiming back and neck injuries. Do you have any suggestion on how to deal with this. These people are trying to take advantage of the situation. Her damaged to her car will not cost more that $500.00.

Just to reinforce what ScottGem said - whenever you are in an accident be sure to call your insurance company by the next business day to report it. Many companies have policies that require you to report accidents within a few days or else they may deny coverage. So call your insurance company TODAY if you haven't already done so.
