    Can I move out of the country if I get full custody of my child because my immediate family lives out of the US?

    If you get full legal custody AND the father is not given any visitation, then you MAY be allowed to leave the country. You still need permission from the court.

    It is possible, you will still need to either get fathers permission, or get the court to OK it.
