Master HP shallow well jet pump turns on at 20psi and shuts off at 40psi. Hooked to tank model PAD52 perma tank, but does not give water pressure to faucets in house. Is problem jet pump or perma tank?

Probably neither. Do you have a water filter, softener, or a cutoff valve between the tank and the house?

If filter or softener, try the bypass valve.

If cutoff valve, disassemble and see if it is blocked.

Could also be clogged areators in the faucets.

If you are showing pressure in the tank, then the pump and tank are working properly.
