I am looking for a movie from the 80's that has a celebrity lady that leaves a party (a birthday party, I believe) at an apartment but when she goes home she becomes possessed. She returns to the party and starts to kills everyone. Everyone that she kills also gets possessed and starts killing everyone in the apartment building. At the end there is a scene that they are trying to kill them in the parking garage. Can you please help?
