I need to add a converter box on the end of a 30amp line that used to be for a hot tub so that it will have regular 110 outlets available for standard plug ins

There is no "converter box" to add. You have to wire it yourself. How experienced are you in electrical work?
What does the box look like that is existing?
Can you post a pic?
