My son robbed my home (he admitted it) he then had his friends sell all the merchandise to pawn shops. Can I press charges on everyone? I have voicemails and texts proving it.

That I had a hard decision to make... to press charges on my own son. I'm not sure what to do... I can't get my stuff back.. but all involved need to learn a lesson

You don't press charges, you report it to the police. They will turn it over to the DA who decides to press charges, The longer you wait to report it, the less serious officers take it.
