Im a little scared right now. I was wondering if I might have pre-eclampsia. My symptoms include: swollen almost everywhere on my body, tired, abdominal pain when I move, trouple walking (most likely from the swelling). My son is moving so I know ( think) he's OK. I am 23 weeks pregnant today. Is this a sign of pre-eclampsia? And should, I go to urgent care? Please help
