Please clarify your second question - who is doing the flying, or do you mean getting your flying license renewal, or what?

In matters like this, there are NO absolutes... If it were me, and I had warrants, I'd AVOID, at all costs, cops who are going to do a computer check on me. Now, MAYBE the cops at the airport are going to miss it. Maybe it's not there. I don't know.. But, it seems to me, that if airport cops are doing the job we want them to do, they'd have up to date information on their computers...
