Can you be pregnant after 1 year tubes tied?
5 and half weeks last period. Took 2 pregnancy tests last week- negative. Cramps like period starting, lower back pain, dizziness, headaches, fatigue. Last week did have some thick discharge. Can I be pregnant? Peri menopause ? Will my next period be really heavy? Post tubes tied w/c-section 14 months ago.

It can definitely happen, especially if they did it in less places of your tube. As for peri menopause it would depend how old you are, unless you were someone who got it very early.

Not everyone tests positive so early after their missed period. The only thing you could do at this point is to wait and see if you miss another period and test at a later time, or to go get a blood test done. If there is a possibility of you starting the process of menopause now, perhaps it would be good to go see your GYN anyway.

Were tubes just tied? Or were they cut, burned and tied? While pregnancy is a possibility, the chance of a tubal pregnancy would be much higher than a uterine pregnancy.

Your age would be a factor as to the perimenopause.
