So my questions are what should I do so my vagina gets its natural shape? Is it even possible to get its natural shape? Will it get tighter if I don't have sex in a while?'

It did not lose it shape and it did not get loose. Those are myths. The only difference you will not have a hymen but those are often broken long before sex anyway.

The vagina is a muscular tube that collapses when not in use. If you've had about six babies close together, you may be somewhat "loose," but not under the circumstance you describe.

So you plan on starting your marriage with a lie? That's really not a good idea. It WILL backfire on you and you will be in more hot water with him than if you tell him the truth now.
